CekeWaceke Nduati is the founder and director of Centonomy. She is the Lead Consultant at Centonomy and is led by her passion for the financial planning industry as well as helping individuals achieve financial well being, Waceke has over 10 years experience in the investment industry internationally as well as locally. Institutions she has worked for include Balmain NB (Australia), Dyer and Blair Investment Bank, African Alliance Investment Bank, CFC Stanbic and CCS Financial Solutions. Her work experience has covered diverse areas such as IPO Transaction Advisory, Unit Trust Fund Management, Retirement Fund Management, Stock Brokerage and, Investment Research Analysis.
She is the Lead Trainer at Centonomy, having facilitated courses for over 1,500 people to date through the Centonomy 101 Course, Corporate Training, as well as advisory services to Investment Groups. She is a personal finance author and has published various articles in the Business Daily, Sunday Nation, and True Love Magazine.She is currently the personal finance columnist for the Saturday Nation . She is regularly featured on TV and Radio (CNN, BBC, Citizen TV,NTV, KTN, CNBC, Capital FM, Kiss FM) and is renowned by their viewers and listeners for her ability to demystify money and investments in a way that is relevant. She has also been a panelist for UN Women on “Economic Empowerment for Women”.

She is also a founder and director of Origins Investment Group Advisors Ltd which works with Investment Groups. She also sits on the board of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) – Gender Committee. She was nominated as amongst the top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in November 2007 by the Business Daily. Waceke holds Masters Degrees in Banking & Finance, Professional Accounting and is currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner.

KigenIsaac Kigen is a passionate trainer in the area of Entrepreneurship and Financial Management. He has vast experience in training in these areas. Some of the organizations he has trained include the British Council where he trained Creative Artists on Financial Management, OXFAM where he has trained retrenched staff members on managing their early retirement package, Opportunity International where he has trained women on Financial Literacy and Financial Acumen under the 10,000 Women Empowerment Program funded by Goldman sachs among many other organizations.
His main topics at Centonomy are; managing debt, time value of money and personal financial worth.
He enjoys researching on financial empowerment issues particularly targeting the low income earners as well as the marginalized in the country. In this regard he is an active member of the Association of Microfinance Practitioners of Kenya (AMPK). He has attended many training sessions in areas related to his interests both locally and internationally.
He has participated in developing curricula and training materials for many institutions like Opportunity International and IFC among others. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA specializing in Finance.

arthurArthur is currently Head – Business Development with Nile Capital Insurance Brokers (E.A). Ltd. Previously worked as an Agency Manager with The Jubilee Insurance Company of Kenya Limited, the largest insurer in East and Central Africa, tasked with running one of their flagship branches in Nairobi.

Arthur is partnering with Centonomy to facilitate a class on Insurance awareness, specifically focusing on understanding Insurance as a necessity rather than a luxury.

He has extensive local and international financial services experience, having worked for
COMPUCREDIT in Atlanta, GA, USA, Standard Chartered Bank in Africa, Faulu Kenya and Commercial
Bank of Africa over the past nine years.

Erastus Sifuma

Erastus is passionate about training and investments. He is currently VP, Head of Business Development at PineBridge Investments East Africa where he has regional responsibilities for business development and client service.

Erastus has over 16 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He is a holder of a B.Com from the University of Witwatersrand and joins PineBridge from African Alliance Kenya Investment Bank. Previously worked at CFC Stanbic and I&M Bank.

Erastus is also a certified trainer for the Trustee Development Program of Kenya that was developed by the Retirement Benefits Authority in association with Humber University and Association of Retirement Benefits Schemes.

mbithi-(1)Mr. Mbithi has established himself as prominent figure in estate agency and property development having undertaken numerous projects in Nairobi and its environs, Mtwapa and Kilifi. He has also undertaken valuation works for various organizations including Banks, churches, parastatals, CDF committees, and individuals as well.

He has 11 years experience in property Management, Valuation and Estate Agency. Previously worked with Lloyd Masika Ltd, Kiragu & Mwangi Ltd, Crystal Valuers Ltd, Currently lead investment and development consultant with Nelleonland Management Ltd and Director at Nduati Wamae & Associates Co. ltd. Holder of Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi.

Wanjiru-Nduati-trimmedWanjiru is a graduate of the University of Leicester (UK), an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary and an Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya Chapter. She has over has extensive legal, corporate governance and enterprise risk management experience obtained in over a decade of working in and with highly respected law firms, financial institutions and businesses.

In that time she has worked as an Associate Advocate at Kaplan and Stratton Advocates, the Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Barclays Bank of Kenya, Head of Governance & Control for Consumer Banking at Barclays Bank of Kenya and thereafter setting up the firm with Mr. J B Havelock.

Since Mr. Havelock’s move to the judiciary after his appointment as a High Court Judge, Wanjiru has taken over the Management Partnership position in the firm.
